Our Strip & Wax Process

1. Inspection & Prep

We assess the condition of your floor and determine the number of finish layers to remove. Furniture is carefully moved or protected.

2. Stripping

A commercial-grade stripping solution is applied to break down old wax layers. We use professional machines to remove the residue completely, exposing the bare flooring beneath.

3. Neutralizing & Cleaning

We neutralize the floor surface to balance the pH and remove all chemical residues—critical for proper wax adhesion.

4. High-Speed Drying

Floors are thoroughly dried using air movers to ensure a clean surface for waxing.

5. Wax Application

We apply 3–5 coats of commercial-grade floor finish for maximum shine and protection. We use fast-drying, durable products for minimal downtime.

6. Final Buff (Optional)

A high-speed burnishing machine can be used to enhance gloss and smoothness after waxing is complete.
