Additional Treatment When Needed
Some carpets may require additional treatment beyond the standard cleaning service. Options such as heavy-soil cleaning, pet odor treatment, spot and stain treatment, and carpet protector are available based on the condition of the carpet.

Before cleaning, we'll evaluate the carpet's condition and discuss any areas of concern so the appropriate cleaning level and optional treatments can be selected.
Please Note: Furniture moving is not automatically included with standard carpet cleaning. Any furniture that needs to be moved should be discussed before service.
Our Residential Carpet Cleaning Process
Professional Deep Cleaning from Start to Finish
Every carpet has different cleaning needs. We evaluate the carpet's condition before service and adjust the cleaning process when additional treatment is needed.
1. Carpet Inspection
We inspect the carpet, identify heavily soiled areas, spots, stains, and other areas that may require additional attention.
2. Dry Soil Removal
Loose soil and debris are removed as needed before wet cleaning begins.
3. Pre-Treatment
A professional carpet pre-treatment is applied to help loosen embedded soil and buildup.
4. Carpet Agitation
When appropriate, the carpet is agitated to help distribute the cleaning solution and loosen soil within the carpet fibers.
5. Hot Water Extraction
Professional extraction equipment is used to rinse the carpet and remove suspended soil, cleaning solution, and moisture.
6. Spot & Detail Treatment
Remaining problem areas are evaluated and treated further when appropriate. Additional specialty treatment may be recommended for certain stains or contamination.
7. Carpet Grooming
The carpet is groomed when appropriate to help leave the fibers with a clean, uniform appearance.
8. Final Inspection
We review the cleaned areas and discuss the results and any remaining concerns with you.
