2. Pre-Inspection & Fiber Identification
Each rug is inspected for wear, stains, odors, and colorfastness. We identify the fiber type (wool, synthetic, silk, etc.) to select the safest and most effective cleaning method.
3. Dry Soil Removal
Using commercial-grade vacuums and rug dusting equipment, we remove embedded dirt, sand, and debris from deep within the rug—essential for maintaining rug health and preventing fiber damage.
4. Customized Cleaning Treatment
We apply a rug-safe, pH-balanced cleaning solution specific to the rug's fiber and condition. Depending on your rug and facility, we use one of the following methods:
- Low-moisture surface cleaning (on-site)
- Full immersion or hand-cleaning (off-site)
5. Stain & Odor Treatment (As Needed)

Rugs are dried using high-velocity air movers or in a climate-controlled environment (off-site) to prevent shrinkage and mildew. Grooming restores pile alignment and texture.
8. Final Inspection
We inspect the rug once more to ensure cleanliness, color vibrancy, and customer satisfaction. If the rug was taken off-site, it is then neatly rolled and prepared for return.
